THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

  • MUST BE DEPOSIT READY WHEN BOOKING OR BOOKING IS DELETED WITHIN 24hrs.
  • LABOR FEE IS APPLIED IF THE THERAPISTS HAS TO TRAVEL ANY STAIRS (no exceptions)
  • ALL SERVICES WITH DECOR OR ADDING CHEF SERVICES MUST BOOK 48-72hrs (IN ADVANCE)
  • NO KIDS/PETS/EXTRA GUESTS during Appointments Allowed
  • ALL CELL PHONES SILENCED (want you in a relaxing state of mind)
  • I DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS/TEXTS/DMs Before or After HOURS OF OPERATION
  • No REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS…only CREDITS GIVEN TO USE BEFORE A GIVEN EXPIRATION DATE
  • Any Cancellations done the Day of Scheduled Appointment (no refund and no credit will be given NO EXCEPTION)
  • 15 Minute Grace Period on Scheduled Appointments (additional inconvenience fee will be added to any service that doesn’t start on time or within grace period time)
  • Due to COVID 19 regulations and Safety of our Therapists we Ask that Our Guests if you Have Traveled outside of the US within 14days of Appointment please PROVIDE A NEGATIVE COVID SCREENING 
  • You will be ok with Providing Covid19 Test Results (within 72 hours of appointment)whether VACCINATED OR UNVACCINATED, can be done at your local CVS FOR FREE OF CHARGE.. YOU CAN EVEN PROVIDE A HOME TEST RESULT (15min for results)
